Professional Profile:

Dr. Jason See is a consultant cardiologist and physician with a subspecialty interest in multi-modality cardiac imaging. He graduated from the National University of Singapore in 2005 and went on to obtain his Royal College of Physicians (UK) membership in 2010. Dr. See completed his specialist accreditation in cardiology in 2014 and was awarded the Ministry of Health’s Human Manpower Development Program scholarship to pursue fellowship training in advanced cardiac imaging at the Royal Brompton Hospital, London.

Dr. See’s specialty interests include echocardiography, nuclear cardiology, CT coronary angiography, coronary heart disease, valvular heart disease, heart failure, and preventive cardiology. He is an advocate for exercise and smoking cessation, having completed the Exercise Prescription Course for Primary Care Physicians and is also a Certified Cardiac Rehab Practitioner. He was instrumental in setting up the Nuclear Cardiology service at Changi General Hospital (CGH) and served as its inaugural director.

Dr. See is deeply involved in advancing value-based healthcare to optimise patient outcomes. Dr See was Program Lead of the Smoking Cessation Program at Changi General Hospital and expanded the scope of the service by introducing teleconsultations. Dr. See is also an instructor in Advanced Cardiac Life Support and continues to teach medical ethics as teaching faculty with the Singapore Medical Association Centre for Medical Ethics and Professionalism.
