Dr Khoo is an experienced consultant dermatologist who has been practicing clinical dermatology for more than 15 years. His private practice offers general dermatological care, phototherapy, aesthetic and laser surgery, and specialized care for psoriasis patients.

Dr Khoo’s expertise in psoriasis care stems from his experience as a senior consultant at the National Skin Centre where he managed psoriasis, photodermatology, and phototherapy clinics. He was also responsible for developing subspecialty clinics and educational programs for both medical practitioners and the public.

Dr Khoo received his training at Massachusetts General Hospital, a teaching hospital for Harvard Medical School. During his time there, he spent time in the Wellman’s Laboratory, which is known for pioneering

many of the special light sources and lasers used in dermatological and aesthetic practices.
