Dr. Tan Poh Kok is provides a comprehensive range of obstetrical and gynecological services for women of all ages. He graduated

from the National University of Singapore in 1991 and subsequently obtained his post-graduate qualification from the Royal College of Obstetricians and Gynecology in the United Kingdom in 1998. Dr. Tan has also received specialist accreditation from the Ministry of Health Singapore and the Singapore Medical Council.

With a special interest in uro-gynecology, Dr. Tan has extensive experience in managing female pelvic floor disorders, including

post-natal and post-menopausal womb prolapse and female urinary incontinence. He has pursued advanced sub-specialty training in Uro-gynecology and Pelvic Floor Reconstruction Surgery, and was appointed Co-director of Pelvic Floor Disorder Service at Singapore General Hospital upon his return. Dr. Tan is skilled in performing vaginal surgeries, such as vaginal hysterectomy for non-prolapse benign uterine conditions, as well as laparoscopic pelvic surgery for common gynecological conditions like ovarian cysts and fibroids.

In addition to his clinical practice, Dr. Tan is a dedicated teacher and has taught medical students, resident physicians, visiting fellows, and nursing staff for many years. He was the Clinical Lecturer at the Yong Loo Lin School of Medicine, National University of Singapore before leaving for private practice.
