Dr Lau Hung Tuan is a highly skilled and compassionate Ear, Nose and Throat (ENT) specialist in Singapore. He is particularly interested in the sub-specialty field of Obstructive Sleep Apnoea (OSA) and strives to provide his patients with holistic, tailored and individualised solutions to treat their conditions.

Dr Lau obtained his MBBS degree with Distinction in Medical Sciences from University College London (United Kingdom) before completing his postgraduate specialist training through the NHG-AHPL Otorhinolaryngology Residency Program. During his residency training, he was awarded the NHG Residency Award for Outstanding Resident.

He further honed his expertise in the field of craniofacial reconstructive surgery through a clinical fellowship at the Craniofacial Center of Chang Gung Memorial Hospital in Taiwan. There, he was trained and mentored by world-renowned plastic surgeons in Craniofacial Sleep Surgery.

Before commencing private practice, Dr Lau served as a Consultant in the Department of Otolaryngology (ENT), Head and Neck Surgery at Khoo Teck Puat Hospital (KTPH), where he was the clinical lead for surgery sub-specialty service. He currently runs a Complex Sleep Clinic at Tan Tock Seng Hospital as a visiting specialist.

Dr Lau is actively involved in contributing to the ENT and medical community as both teaching faculty and presenter in various local and international conferences. He has been the ENT Clinical Block Lead at KTPH and a clinical teacher for Nanyang Technological University Lee Kong Chian School of Medicine. Additionally, he served as a clinical tutor for the National University of Singapore Yong Loo Lin School of Medicine.
